Archive Prospect Pool

Unlike deleting a prospect pool, archiving a prospect pool will retain all historical data for the prospect pool for reporting purposes. Once archived, prospects can no longer be added to the prospect pool. In this article we will cover how to:

Note:While a user with a CRM Admin License can archive any prospect pool, users with a CRM User License can only archive a prospect pool if they are added as a Prospect Pool Admin for the specific prospect pool.

 

Archive Prospect Pool

To archive a prospect pool, click the ellipsis from the navigation bar and select CRM from the dropdown menu.

From the CRM page, click Configure Pools.

Navigate to the prospect pool that will be archived from the subsequent list and click the ellipsis ellipsis.png under the Actions columns.

Click Archive from the dropdown menu.

The prospect pool will be archived and prospects can no longer be added to the prospect pool.

 

Restore Archived Prospect Pool

If your organization ever needs to restore an archived prospect pool (i.e. perhaps your organization would like to continue adding prospects to that pool) click Archived Pools from the CRM page.

Note: While a user with a CRM Admin License can restore any archived prospect pool, users with a CRM User License can only restore a prospect pool if they were a Prospect Pool Admin for the specific prospect pool when it was archived.

The subsequent page will list all of the archived prospect pools for your organization. Navigate to the prospect pool that will be restored from the subsequent list and click Restore.

The pool will be restored and can be accessed from the Pools tab.
