Whenever a new hire task assigned to a 3rd-party system is generated, Greenhouse Onboarding will send an email to the external system to generate a ticket / card for the task. This email will only be sent once and Greenhouse Onboarding will not generate any follow-up or reminder emails for the task.
Every email sent to the 3rd-party task system will only contain one task and the following information:
- Complete task link
- Due date
- Description
Note: To limit personally identifiable information exposure, any tokens included in the task can only be viewed through the 3rd-party task system if that system has been granted view permissions for the token. If a task with a non-viewable token is assigned to the 3rd-party system, Greenhouse Onboarding will block the 3rd-party system from viewing the information.
