Edit User-Specific Permissions

If your organization needs to edit or downgrade a user's user-specific permissions in Greenhouse Recruiting, click the Configure icon configure.png in the upper right-hand corner and navigate to Users on the left-hand panel.

Select a Greenhouse user profile from the subsequent list.

Navigate to the User-Specific Permissions panel on the Edit User Profile page. Check the boxes next to the permissions to be added to the user's account, and uncheck the boxes next to the permissions to be removed from the user's account. 

Note: The user-specific permissions listed are dependent on the permission level (Basic, Job Admin, Site Admin) assigned to the user.

Click Save when finished.
