Best practices
- During job kickoff, work with your hiring managers to set expectations on when they can expect updates about the roles. Sending a snapshot weekly helps cut down on the back-and-forth with the team between updates.
- Focus on sending updates for stages that require additional context and information that may not be obvious in basic pipeline data, like Face-to-Face interviews or Recruiter Screens.
- Add details to the email before sending it to keep hiring teams informed on the full context for candidates and interviews.
- Because the candidate email report is meant to reflect a snapshot from a specific moment in time, this report cannot be scheduled. For different options for scheduled pipeline reports, check out the essential reports library.
