Regularly collecting and tracking demographic data allows your organization to recognize where you are sourcing diverse candidates. Specifically, applicant demographic data and information about how individual candidates are applying to jobs in your organization can provide insight into where you should invest resources.
Note: By default, the Date Applied for the report is set to Current Year.
The Sourcing By Demographic Report aggregates candidate responses to custom or EEOC demographic questions asked across enabled job posts. To learn more about how you can create and enable custom demographic questions on job posts, click here.
To create a Sourcing By Demographic Report, click the ellipsis on the navigation bar and select Reports from the dropdown menu.
From the Reports page, navigate to the Measure the Impact of Inclusive Hiring Practices section of the page and click Sourcing by Demographic.
The Sourcing By Demographic report can be organized by Milestones or Stages and can be filtered by Jobs and/or Date Applied.
Note: To best maintain the anonymity of applicants, responses that receive less than 5 responses will display <5.
View Sources by Custom Demographic Question Set
Under the Use data from dropdown menu of the filter panel, to select a Custom Demographic Question Set and click Apply to repopulate the report.
The report will display responses to the custom demographic question set questions for all jobs included in the report and within your specified timeframe.
View Sources by EEOC Questions
Under the Use data from dropdown menu of the filter panel, to select EEOC Questions and click Apply to repopulate the report.
The report will display responses to your EEOC questions for all jobs included in the report and within your specified timeframe.
