Greenhouse Recruiting
- Organizations with Greenhouse Inclusion can now use the Resume Highlights feature during the Application Review Stage to hide specific elements of the application. Additionally, organizations are now able to hide the applicant's Name from the Application Review Stage.
- Greenhouse Inclusion is proud to offer another report that can help organizations identify successes and gaps in their inclusive hiring practices: the Sourcing by Demographics report. This report allows you to see how candidates are responding to EEOC or Custom Demographic questions based on sourcing strategies.
- In an effort to be more inclusive, we recently partnered with a third-party consultant to help us make Greenhouse powered Job Boards and Job Posts compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Organizations who are using Greenhouse powered Job Boards and Job posts might notice some slight changes.
CRM & Events
- With the Prospect Pool Activity Report, you are now able to filter the report to include multiple prospect pools. By doing this, your organization can compare the performance of similar pools that have similar communication strategies (or pools that have very different strategies) to decide what is working and how to improve.
- Prospects added into your Greenhouse Recruiting account through the Greenhouse Events App (iOS or web form) will have an Activity Feed entry added to their account. These entries can be filtered by using the Activity type filter.

DELETE: Remove Hiring Team Members

Bug Fixes
We fixed the issue regarding Job Admins being able to add prospects to any live job in their organization. Job Admins are now only able to add prospects to jobs that they have permissions on. |
Questions that are created in CRM to capture additional information from prospects and not set as Required will be treated as optional responses on the prospect form. |
