This article shows you how to enable the Workday RaaS job import integration in Greenhouse Recruiting. We recommend sharing this article with your integration developer if they are enabling the integration on your behalf.
In this article, we will cover:
- The user enabling the integration needs access to the Workday Admin Center. Please see the following article for more information about provisioning this access: Which permissions does my Workday integration developer need?
- The Ready for Hire report must be built in Workday. The Workday URL for this report will be entered in Greenhouse Recruiting. Please see the following article for more information about the RaaS requirements: RaaS job import overview
- Any job custom fields you wish to import from Workday should be configured in Greenhouse Recruiting. See the following article for more information about mapping custom job fields: RaaS job import overview
- You must be a Workday integration enabled Greenhouse Recruiting customer. Please contact your Greenhouse representative if your account is not yet Workday-enabled. Workday-enabled customers can find the Workday Admin Center by navigating to Configure > Dev Center.
How do I get access to enable the report?
You can provide users with permissions to access the Workday Administration Center where the report is configured. Click here for more information on which permissions to assign your integration developer.
To access the Workday Administration tools, click the Configure icon > Dev Center > Workday Administration.
Add Workday Ready to Hire RaaS to Greenhouse Recruiting
From the Workday Administration page, click Enter credentials to access Workday tenants or reports. Enter the username and password in this form, and then click save.
Return to the Workday Administration page and click Provide a Workday report containing jobs ready to hire.
Select the credentials created previously and enter the URL to the report. Click Save.
Moving forward, when you click Create a Job in Greenhouse Recruiting, you will see a list of active jobs in Workday. This can be disabled at any time by deleting the Report URL (clicking the X on the page where the report was configured).
