Add Inclusion Nudge During Application Review
By activating this feature, a non-intrusive nudge will prompt recruiters and hiring managers to consider diversity in real-time when reviewing applications.
With feature toggled ON, recruiters and hiring managers will see an additional panel when reviewing applications that reminds them to rely less on snap judgements but reorient the reviewer to consider the attributes outlined for the role.
