Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Indeed Apply allows candidates to apply directly to a job through Indeed without having to take the additional step of navigating to your company's careers page.

Enable Indeed Apply

Set up

To set up the Indeed Apply integration, log in to Greenhouse Recruiting and navigate to Configure > Job Boards & Posts > then scroll to Global Partner Settings.

Enter a company email address for Indeed job feed company email. If your company has an Indeed account, use the company email address associated with your Indeed account. If you don't have an Indeed account, use any email address from your company email domain.

Note: To authenticate job posts and avoid spam, Indeed requires a company email address. This email address is used to validate your organization's job posts and is not used for any other purpose.

When finished, click Submit.

Custom application questions with identifiable information

As of April 1, 2023, Indeed no longer allows job post questions that seek personally identifiable information (PII) like full birthdates, driver's license numbers, or social security numbers from applicants. If your job post includes a custom question requesting PII, the job post will be removed from Indeed, and your Indeed account may experience restricted functionality. Reach out to your Indeed account representative for more information.
