Pipeline Activity Reports help you comprehend all of the activity (advancing, rejecting, scheduling, interviewing, and rating candidates) your team has accomplished during each stage of your interview pipeline. In this article, we will cover how to create a Pipeline Activity Report, configure its attributes using the Pipeline Activity filter panel, and save it for export and future reporting needs.
Create Pipeline Activity Report
To create a Pipeline Activity Report, navigate to the Recruiting Reports page by clicking the ellipse on your navigation bar and Reports from the dropdown menu.
Click Build a Report from the Recruiting Reports page.
From the Build a Report dialog box, click Pipeline Report.
Select Pipeline Activity Report from the subsequent menu and click Preview.
Your Pipeline Activity Report will be generated to show your organization's recruiting activity for each stage of your interview pipeline.
Pipeline Activity Report Filter
With a Pipeline Activity Report created, you can customize its tracking to suit your organization's needs by using the filter panel. By default, the Pipeline Activity report shows how all candidates have moved into a particular stage of your pipeline for all Open Jobs.
Use the Activity Date drop-down menu to customize a data range for your report. Use the Recruiter drop-down menu to view how a single recruiter's candidates are progressing through your pipeline.
To organize your pipeline activity across other aspects of your organization (i.e. pipeline activity organized across departments), click Rows and use the drop-down menu to choose how you would like to organize your data.
Additionally, if you have organized your report to see interviewing activity by Job or Department, you can also choose to see activity for a particular stage by using the Stage drop-down menu. Likewise, you can choose to exclude Application Review from your report by clicking the appropriate checkbox.
Click Change Filter to choose the job pipelines you wish to see in your Pipeline Activity Report.
From the Filter Jobs dialog box, you can search and apply multiple filters to find jobs you would like to report on. When you have chosen all the jobs you would like to report on, click Save.
Once you have finished, click Apply to repopulate the report.
Save, Export, Schedule Pipeline Activity Reports
To save the parameters that you have configured in this particular report for the future, click Save. You can learn more about saving reports and where to find them here.
