Multiple Metrics Report


Multiple Metrics Reports allow you to create your ideal report to compare a variety of metrics at once across offices, departments, jobs, etc. In this article, we will cover how to:


Create Multiple Metrics Report

To create a Multiple Metrics Report, navigate to the Recruiting Reports page by clicking the ellipsis icon Ellipsis.png on your navigation bar and Reports from the dropdown menu.


From the Recruiting Reports page, click Build Report.


From the Build a Report dialog box, click Multiple Metrics Report.


Select the metrics to track from the subsequent list. Available types of metrics include Job Details, Job Custom Fields, Candidate Status, and Offer Activity. Click and drag metric names in the Columns in Report panel on the right to re-order the metrics as needed. When you have finished, click Build Report.

Note: If you select Prospects Added please be aware that Multiple Metrics Report does not report on Prospects not associated with a particular job.


Your Multiple Metrics Report will be generated to track the metrics you have specified.


Use Multiple Metrics Report Filter Panel

With a Multiple Metrics Report created, you can customize its tracking to suit your organization's needs by using the filter panel. By default, the Multiple Metrics Report tracks your selected metrics across all Open Jobs.

Use the Activity Date dropdown menu to customize a data range for your report.


To track your metrics across other aspects of your organization (i.e. metrics organized across offices), click Edit in the Rows field.


From the Edit Rows dialog box, use the left-hand panel and navigate to a category to organize your report. You can track metrics by:

  • Departments
  • Offices
  • Jobs
  • Sources
  • Candidate Custom Fields
  • Job Custom Fields
  • Offer Custom Fields
  • Application Custom Fields
  • Total Organization

By clicking on any category, you will have further options to delimit what aspects of the category you want to see in your report.

Note: Multiple Metrics Report only allows the following field types to be filtered for Candidate and Job Custom Fields: 
  • Single Select
  • Multi-select 
  • User 
  • Yes/No

When you have finished, click Save.


Change the jobs being tracked in your Multiple Metric Report by clicking Change Filter.


From the Filter Jobs dialog box, you can search and apply multiple filters to find jobs you would like to report on. When you have chosen all the jobs you would like to report on, click Save.


Once you have finished, click Apply to repopulate the report.



Save, Export, and Schedule Multiple Metrics Reports

To save the parameters you have configured in this particular report to use again in the future, click Save. You can learn more about saving reports and where to find your saved reports here.


You can also export the report to a downloadable spreadsheet, email the report, and schedule a recurring report to be emailed by clicking on the appropriate icon in the same panel.
