Hired Assessments provides a suite of products that change the way companies evaluate and discover technical talent.

Hire Assessment's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows your organization to seamlessly add a Hire Assessments test to a job's interview plan.

Enable the Hired Assessments integration

In order to enable the integration, your organization must first retrieve its Hired Assessments API Key from your Hired Assessments account.

From your Hired Assessments dashboard, click your name and select Settings from the dropdown.

Click Integrations on the left and copy the API Key for Greenhouse Recruiting.

Once you've received your API key, click here to open a ticket with Greenhouse Technical Support.

Note: Don't send your API key in the initial ticket. If needed, Greenhouse Technical Support will respond with a SendSafely link for you to securely share the API key.

Once the Hired Assessments integration is enabled for your organization, you'll be able to add Hired Assessments as an interview stage. Follow the steps in this article to set up the assessment stage in your interview plans.

Use the Hired Assessments integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

When a candidate is moved into the Hired Assessment stage, you can send an assessment to them by selecting Send Test next to the interview stage.

After it's been sent, the assessment's status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting on their candidate profile.

Once the candidate has submitted their test, the interview kit will contain a link to view the submitted test on the Hired Assessments platform.

To see a candidate's results in Hired Assessments, click View Report.
