The resume personalization token helps you save time and create more relevant outreach by automatically pulling key details from a prospect’s resume—like their job title, experience, or skills—directly into your outreach messages. Just insert it into your message, and AI will take care of the rest.
How it works
When a message contains a resume personalization token, the system automatically reviews your message, assesses the prospect's resume, finds relevant information and inserts it into your message automatically. This makes your outreach feel personal—without having to scan the resume yourself.
You can add a resume personalization token when you create or edit a step of a nurture campaign. First, scroll down to the editor, then select "Insert token."
Next, select "Resume personalization" from the menu.
Add the token as part of a sentence.
When your nurture campaign reaches your personalized step, the token will automatically complete this sentence with context from the prospect's resume. At this point, you'll review, and then approve or edit the suggestion.
Don’t see the token in your list?
If you don’t see the resume personalization option, it may need to be turned on by your account admin.
Your admin can enable the resume personalization token in Configure > AI tools. Once they toggle it on, you’ll be ready to automatically personalize your campaign.
