Keeyora’s integration with Greenhouse Onboarding allows onboarding teams and HR professionals to instantly send text messages to new hires directly from Greenhouse Onboarding profiles.
Create a Greenhouse Onboarding API key
To configure the Keeyora integration, you’ll need to create an Onboarding API key.
Follow the steps in this article to create the API key.
Next copy/paste the Access and Secret key to the Greenhouse Onboarding section of the Integrations Tab and click ‘Connect’
Use the Keeyora integration with Greenhouse Onboarding
First make sure that you have picked a texting number, and have downloaded the Keeyora Chrome extension.
To start texting your new hires, simply click on the ‘Text’ button and type your text message (or insert a template) and click Send:
To launch an Onboarding text sequence, simply click on the Onboarding Text button and confirm the start date and click ‘Set Onboarding’
