The 'Do Not Email' tag prevents emails from being sent to a specific candidate. This tag can be applied manually to the candidate on their profile, or applied automatically if emails are bounced from the candidate's address - for example, situations where the email address no longer exists or the candidate has blocked your organization's email address.
To mark a candidate as 'Do Not Email,' go to their profile, click the ellipses icon, and select the option to block emails.
When a candidate won't receive emails, the 'Do Not Email' tag appears on their profile and the email will be marked as undelivered in their activity feed. When an email can't be delivered to a candidate because it was bounced, the tag will automatically be added to their profile.
You can remove the 'Do not email' tag under the ellipses menu.
Note: Removing the tag only allows you to send emails to the candidates. If the candidate has blocked emails from your organization, they will still not be delivered.
