Admins can now add candidates to calendar events. This streamlines the recruiters' workflow and lets them see when candidates RSVP to interviews.

Candidate calendar events

To enable candidate calendar events, go to Configure, select Permissions, then scroll to Scheduling. Finally, turn on "Send candidate calendar events via connected calendar integration."

Calendar integrations

After turning on candidate calendar invites, candidates will automatically be included in events created in your integrated calendars. If you don't have an active calendar integration, your candidate invitations will revert to .ics files.

Note: RSVP changes made in Outlook through a secondary calendar cannot be applied to events. If you want to take advantage of RSVPs in Outlook, schedule interviews through your primary calendar or a primary calendar that has been shared with you.
