The Scheduling Activity Report is an essential report that provides insight into the number of interviews scheduled and conducted by your team. This report helps compile important criteria and insight into the activity of your recruiting team and recruiting coordinators to give more insight into your hiring process.
Scheduling activity report
The scheduling activity report is in the Essential Reports section of the reporting module, under the recruiting activity section. (Reports > Essential Reports > Scheduling Activity)
This report includes data in the following columns:
Column | Description |
Department |
The department associated with the job where the interviews were scheduled. For example, if you were hiring for multiple jobs under the Software Engineering department, the total amount would be compiled in this section. |
Interviews completed | The number of scheduled interviews that were completed during the date range. |
Interviews created |
The number of new interviews that were created during the date range. |
Interviews pending |
The number of interviews that were scheduled, but have not been completed during the date range. |
Interviews to be scheduled |
The number of interviews that are ready to be scheduled, but do not have an associated interview created. |
Interviews rescheduled |
The number of interviews that had an interview created, but was then moved to a different date or rejected by the candidates. |
Scheduling activity report filters
Click Filters and more to apply filters to further refine your report.
The scheduling activity report can be filtered by the following information:
- Department
- Job
- Activity Date
- Organizer
Scheduling activity report visualization
The scheduling activity report lists out the interview's associated department on the y-axis and the number of interviews conducted on the x-axis. Bars are visually separated based on the interview status.
