Overview of changes

This update contains improvements on how the Business Intelligence Connector handles customizable candidate surveys:

• Added a new table, delivered_candidate_surveys, which makes it easier to tie the survey response to the office and department of the job where the candidate applied.
• Removed the survey_build_survey_offices and survey_builder_survey_departments tables as the delivered_candidate_surveys better combines that data in one place.

We also made small column updates to two tables to better serve this new setup:

• Updated the survey_builder_surveys table to remove the following columns that only contained unnecessary configuration information:
  • all_departments
  • all_offices
  • stage_names
  • delay_days
• Added the delivered_candidate_survey_id to the survey_builder_answers table

The existing candidate_survey_questions and candidate_surveys tables will be deprecated and removed from the Business Intelligence Connector on October 18, 2024.
