Enable the Fortay integration

To enable the integration, follow the steps in this article to retrieve your API key from your Fortay representative and set up the assessment stage on your job's interview plans.

Once you've enabled the integration and set up your take-home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Use the Fortay integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Once the Fortay integration is enabled for your organization, be sure to add the Fortay assessment as an interview stage on your jobs in Greenhouse Recruiting.

When candidates are in the stage, you can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting Send Test on their candidate profile next to the interview stage.

Note: When you send a test, the assessment and instructions are sent by Fortay and not Greenhouse Recruiting.

After an assessment has been sent, the status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting on the stage.

When the candidate finishes their assessment, the interview kit will contain a link to view the submitted test on the Fortay application. To see a candidate's results in Fortay, click View Report.
