With this integration, users are able to source, access, engage, and track candidates from Ideal.
Configure the Greenhouse Recruiting/Ideal integration
Log into your Ideal employer account.
Then, click on your name in the top-right corner and select Configure Integrations.
On the integrations page, find the Greenhouse section and click Connect.
You are asked to confirm the connection by Greenhouse. Click Authorize.
Use the Ideal integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Navigate to the Job Slots tab and click Edit to configure any job slots you’d like to use with Greenhouse.
Next, select which job posting within Greenhouse corresponds to this job slot.
Add candidates to Greenhouse
Candidates can be added to Greenhouse manually by selecting Add to Greenhouse on their profile page.
Candidates that have been imported into Greenhouse (automatically or manually) show a View in Greenhouse link on their profile page.
We send the following information through this integration:
- Name
- Job slot
- Phone number
- Resume (PDF)
- A link to the candidate within Ideal
