With this integration, users will be able to source, access, engage, and track candidates from Ideal.
Configuring the Integration
1. Log into your employer account. Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Configure Integrations.
On the integrations page, find the Greenhouse section and click Connect.
You’ll be asked to confirm the connection by Greenhouse. Click Authorize.
Configure any Job Slots you’d like to use with Greenhouse by clicking the Edit button on the Job Slots tab.
From there you can select which job posting within Greenhouse corresponds to this job slot.
Adding Candidates to Greenhouse
Candidates can be added to Greenhouse manually by selecting the Add to Greenhouse link on their profile page:
Candidates that have been imported into Greenhouse (automatically or manually) will show a View in Greenhouse link on their profile page.
We send all information that is supported by the Greenhouse API:
- Job slot
- Phone number
- Resume (PDF)
- A link to the candidate within Ideal
