Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Sokanu allows you to use Sokanu assessments.

Enable the Sokanu integration

To start, contact your Sokanu representative at to receive your API key.

Once you've received your API key, fill out the form at or click here to open a ticket.

Note: Don't send the API key in this initial email. Greenhouse Technical Support will respond with a SendSafely link for you to securely share your API key.

Once Greenhouse Technical Support receives your API key via SendSafely, we'll email you to confirm that your API key has been set up in your account and that your integration is enabled.

Note: To verify your identity, Greenhouse Technical Support might request you provide a support verification code before adding the API key to your organization's account.

Add the Sokanu take home test stage

After our team enables the integration for your account, you can add the Sokanu take home test stage.
Navigate to your job > Job Setup > Interview Plan to add the new stage called Sokanu.

Note: Site Admin with the advanced permission to bulk edit jobs can also add this stage to many jobs at once.

Place the stage in your plan at the desired step, then edit the interview kit to select the correct test. Assign graders to review the assessment, then move candidates into the stage to send over the test!

Once candidates complete their assessments, graders will be notified and can view a link to their submission directly from the scorecard.
