Inform users about a company referral program

Greenhouse Recruiting allows your organization to record its referral program (including any policies and/or instructions) so that it is readily available when users submit a new referral. In this article, we will cover how to edit your organization's referral program notification so that an employee can review it when they submit a referral. 

Click the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Organization on the left-hand panel.


Navigate to the Referral Program header and click the Edit icon.


Use the subsequent panel to provide any copy for your organization's referral program. Use the editing panel to format, and add links, photos, and/or videos.

Click Save when finished.


Users can view your company's referral program copy on the Add a Referral page by clicking View Referral Program.
