Update organization-wide referral settings
To update your referral program, click the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner, then select Organization on the left side panel.
Navigate to the Referral Program section, then select whether you’ll allow referrals and referral-sharing links.
To edit the information employees see while submitting referrals, click the Edit icon.
In the text box that appears, enter the relevant information about your organization's referral program, such as any policies or instructions. If needed, use the editing panel to format text and add links, photos, and/or videos.
Click Save when finished.
Update required referral fields
When a referral is added to your system, certain fields can be marked as required. You can control these settings under Configure > Permissions.
