By default, Greenhouse allows you to send email from your own address and any Org-Wide email addresses that have been set up on the Configure > Email Settings page. But what if you want to send from someone else's email address or allow them to send from yours? Job and Site Admins can now easily allow other users to send on their behalf!
If you click Hi, NAME in the upper right corner of Greenhouse, you can select My Info and configure your email permissions.
On the next page, you'll be able to determine whether anyone in the organization can send on your behalf or if you want to limit it to certain people you choose. When emailing a candidate or setting up a new job template, the From field will now be a dropdown will all of the email addresses you're allowed to send from at the moment. If you revoke access to another person, the from field will then default to send from their own email address instead.
Before you can revoke org-wide access, you'll need to make sure no org-wide templates use your email address. If they do, a Site Admin will need to remove it before you have the option to revoke access. If you try to revoke access before doing this, you will receive a notification about which templates currently use your information.
