Ideally, as your organization grows, the number of new applicants should increase. The candidates by source report helps your organization to review how your current pipeline of new candidates compares to your organization's historic performance.
Use the new candidates by source report to compare the results from sourcing strategies, agencies, individual recruiters, or any other sources to figure out what's working now and what offered the greatest return in the past — then use these insights to set new outreach goals.
New candidates by source report
To create a new candidates by source report, click Reports on your navigation bar.
Click Essential reports on the left.
Scroll to the Manage Expectations with Hiring Managers section and click New Candidates by Source.
The new candidates by source report will generate.
Each column will show you the number of candidates per source and sourcing strategy whose application dates are within the selected range.
Note: The new candidates by source report will populate all new candidates on jobs where you have at least Job Admin access.
New candidates by source report filters
Click Filters and more to apply filters to further refine your report.
The new candidates by source report can be filtered by the following:
- Job
- Job status
- Department
- Office
- User
- Hiring team role
- Custom job field
- Date
Note: By default, the date field for the report is set to the current year.
You can organize columns on the report by week, month, quarter, or year.
Click Apply after applying any filters to your report.
