Permissions: Job Admin and above

Product tier: Available for all subscription tiers

Sometimes, you may reject a prospect or candidate and then reconsider them at a later time. They may have adopted new skills that apply to the original job you considered them for, or their qualifications may apply to a job you've recently opened.

With Greenhouse, you can ensure you don't lose access to prospects and candidates even after you've rejected them. You can also convert them to an active prospect at any time.

Note: You can covert a rejected prospect or candidate to an active prospect only on jobs for which you have Job Admin permissions or above.
