Once you've established a referral culture, how do you determine which employees are submitting great candidates and which ones are just tossing in any random person they find? How can you decide which agency recruiters to keep around and which ones are more trouble than they're worth?
The Candidate Quality by Referrer report assigns each referrer a Quality %, which is computed by looking at the average distance a candidates travel through the pipeline. If every candidate was hired, it would be 100%. If every candidate was rejected in the first stage, it would be 0%. Let's say candidate Jane is referred by one of your employees. She has a pretty strong background, so she makes it through 5 of your 7 stages. If she was the only person referred by that employee, your Quality % for that row would be 5/7, or roughly 71%.
How can this report be filtered?
The Candidate Quality by Referrer report can be filtered by Department and Office (located right next to your company name), as well as Job, Source, and Date Applied. You can also click the blue numbers in each column to see the candidates associated with each field.
NOTE: The Referrer metric in this report is actually pulling from the Who Gets Credit field on each candidate, so there may be sources listed that aren't strictly referrals.
