Note: If your organization has enabled the permission policy Make all hired candidates private by default, users will require an additiaonl permission, Can create and view private candidates / prospects, to view details for accepted offers. This is a user-specific permission for Site Admin and a permission stripe for Job Admin.
The offer details report is an easy and effective tool to keep internal stakeholders updated on your team's hiring decisions. This report will track and aggregate all offers created, including accepted and rejected offers as well as those pending approval, and the length of time taken for an offer to be accepted by a candidate. You can sort the offer details report by job, office, department, recruiter, and more.
Offer details report
To create an offer details report, click Reports on your navigation bar.
Click Essential reports on the left.
Scroll to the Run Your Own Analysis section and click Offer Details.
The offer details report will generate.
The offer details report will display information for the following:
- Candidate name
- Application ID
- Job
- Requisition ID
- Opening ID
- Source
- Referrer
- Department
- Office
- Recruiter
- Offer status
- Application date
- Offer creation date
- Offer sent date
- Offer resolved date
- Offer approvers
- Start date
- Rejection reason
- Custom offer fields
Note: The offer details report will include data for all jobs where you have the appropriate permissions.
Offer details report filters
Click Filters and more to apply filters to further refine your report.
The offer details report can be filtered by the following:
- Job
- Job status
- Department
- Office
- User
- Hiring team role
- Custom job field
- Offer created
- Include offer history
- Include migrated candidates
Click Apply after applying any filters.
