To receive an email notification when a candidate is submitted by an agency recruiter via the agency portal, configure the New Agency Submissions email notification.
Navigate to a specific job from your Dashboard by clicking on the Jobs tab, and then selecting an individual job from your list.
From the Job Dashboard, click on Job Setup>Notifications. Navigate to New Agency Submissions and click on Edit.
Select the user(s) who should receive an email notification and click Save to confirm.
