How do I know when an agency recruiter has submitted a candidate?

To receive an email notification when a candidate is submitted by an agency recruiter via the agency portal, configure the New Agency Submissions email notification.  

Here are the steps:

  • Navigate to a job
  • Click the Job Setup tab
  • Click Email Notifications
  • Under New Agency Submissions, click Edit
  • Select the user who should receive the email notification
  • Click Save
