To receive email notifications when agency recruiters submit candidates in Agencies, configure the New Agency Submissions email notification.
Navigate to a specific job from your Greenhouse Recruiting dashboard by clicking on the Jobs tab, and then selecting an individual job from your list.
Go to the Notifications page. (Job Dashboard > Job Setup > Notifications)
Scroll to Candidate Notifications. Next to New Agency Submissions, click Configure.
Select the user(s) who should receive an email notification, then click Save.
