How do I add an interview for just one candidate?

Occasionally, you might need to deviate from the interview plan that you set up for a job and schedule an ad hoc interview with one particular candidate. You can add a standalone interview by clicking the plus icon next to the Interview section of the stage where you want the interview to be recorded.
