Note: Contact your Customer Success Manager to activate the Confidential job feature for your organization.
A confidential job allows your organization to restrict the access to a new job so that not even users with Site Admin level permissions can access it. The only user who can access a Confidential job by default is the user who created the job and any users added to the job through the Hiring Team step of the job setup flow.
A confidential job is created similarly to how a new job is created with just one minor addition. From the Job Info page of the job setup flow, click the checkbox next to Create as confidential job.
Note: Confidential jobs and template jobs and mutually exclusive and you will be unable to configure the job to be both confidential and a template.
When finished, proceed to create the new job as normal.
Once you have proceeded from the Job Info page of the job setup flow, you will be unable to create and configure the Job Post step of the job setup flow. Agency recruiters can still be assigned to confidential jobs. Just as you normally would, you can go to the Sourcing step of the job setup flow to assign agency recruiters to confidential jobs.
After the job is created, a yellow Confidential tag will appear next to the job name.
Note: It is not possible to edit existing jobs to make them confidential. A confidential job must be established in the job setup process.
