If you connect your Google Calendar to Greenhouse, you can schedule directly to the Calendar without ever leaving Greenhouse!
First thing's first. Make sure that your Google account is connected to Greenhouse. Here's how:
- From the main dashboard, click the Integrations tab
- Scroll down to Google Calendar under the Scheduling Tools section
- Click Connect, and complete the steps to authorize the connection. You'll see a confirmation pop up at the top of the page if the authorization attempt was successful.
Once connected, when you open up the window to schedule an interview, you can click on the Settings button to collapse additional fields to select the type of calendar you are using and the specific Google calendar that you wish to schedule to (which includes all Calendars you have write-access to), as well as the new Send Invites to Interviewers button.
