While people configured to be job approvers are notified of approval requests via email, they can also view all of their pending approvals directly in Greenhouse Recruiting.
From the Approvals page, you can view and act on the following:
- Pending approvals to start recruiting
- Pending official job approvals (if two-stage approval flow is configured)
- Pending approval to extend offers
To manage pending approvals, click the My Approvals pane on your Dashboard.
The Approvals page provides an overview of each pending approval with an overview of the job / offer details.
