How can I specify which scorecard attributes each interviewer should cover?


Once you've defined the person you want to hire by listing all of the required attributes on the Scorecard, you'll want to make sure that all of the attributes are addressed during the interview process.  To do that, you can highlight the targeted attributes for each interview.

Here's how:

  • Click the Job Setup tab
  • Click Interview Plan
  • Next to each interview, click Edit Interview Kit
  • Scroll down to the Scorecard Attributes to Focus On section
  • Put a check in the box next to each attribute that should be covered during that particular interview.  The number next to each attribute indicates in how many interviews that attribute is currently targeted for the interview plan for this job.  Eventually, you'll want to make sure that each attribute is covered in at least one interview, but ideally each should be covered in at least two interviews.
  • Click Save

Here's what it will look like to the Interviewer when they access the Interview Kit:

The targeted attributes will be listed on the Interview Prep notes.

The targeted attributes will be highlighted on the Scorecard.
