Create a tracking link for a job

Permissions: Job Admin or above

Product tier: Available to all subscription tiers

Tracking links are unique URLs to track where a candidate is applying from.

Typically, you will create tracking links from a job board. However, you can also create a tracking link directly for an entire job to track all incoming applicants from that job.

Create a new link for a job

Select the All Jobs tab at the top of the page and locate the job post you want to track.

Locate the job from the list and select it.

Select Tasks on the left side of the page.

Click the Sourcing tab at the top of the job.

Click Create Tracking Link.

Select the job source, who gets credit, and the source. When you're finished, click Create Link.

Click Copy to add the link to your clipboard.

Greenhouse Recruiting will generate a shortened version of the tracking link, which you can paste in posts on third-party job boards, social platforms, or other sources.
