Agency recruiters can add notes to include additional information about the candidates they submit. To create a note for your submitted candidate, search for the candidate from your client's Candidates tab in Agencies, then click Add a note.
Use the pop-up text field to add your note for this candidate.
This note will be visible to anyone on the hiring team with access to view candidates. You can mark the Private Note checkbox if your note includes more sensitive information that you don't want other users on the hiring team to see. This limits visibility to Job Admins and Site Admins who have access to the candidate's Private information.
Click Save when you're done.
