When an agency recruiter submits a Candidate, their e-mail will then be attached to the Candidate on both Email <CANDIDATE> and Email the team about <CANDIDATE> under Tools.
When you send an email to a candidate or another recruiter, you can select the agency recruiter in the CC box.
