If an interview needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, you can either reschedule/cancel within Greenhouse (if you are using Google Calendar) or within your own calendar.
To do this within Greenhouse, navigate to the Stage tag and click Update.
If you are rescheduling the interview, make your changes and then select Update Interviewers. If you are canceling the interview, simply select Delete Interview.
If you would like do this within your own calendar (e.g. Outlook) to update the event invitation. As long as firstname.lastname@example.org OR email@example.com is still listed as an invitee, and as long as the link to the Interview Kit is still in the description of the event, the change will be reflected in Greenhouse.
Tip: Upon saving your changes to the event, it's a good idea to choose to send the update to all invitees. If you don't, it may take a little longer to see the change reflected in Greenhouse.
