The step performance report gives you a better idea of how your campaign pool steps are performing with prospects. Use this report to track the number of campaign emails that were sent, opened, replied to, or bounced.
Step performance report
To create a step performance report, navigate to Reports from your dashboard.
On the Reports page, click Essential reports.
Scroll to Assess Your Prospecting Efforts (CRM).
Select Sourcing Automation - Step Performance.
The step performance report will generate.
You'll see a breakdown for each campaign pool step with total counts for the following:
- Number of emails sent
- Number of emails opened by prospects
- Number of emails replied to by prospects
- Number of emails that bounced

Expand Filters and more to apply filters and further refine your report.
You can filter your step performance report by the following:
- Activity date
- Campaign pool
- User
- Timeframe (Day or Week)
Click Apply to confirm your filter selections.
