Tribe allows you to discover talent anywhere in the world. Tribe's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to import any or all of your job postings to Tribe. When you post your jobs on Tribe, they get routed to "scouts," who are experienced and vetted recruiters in your target countries. Scouts will start sharing referrals, and Tribe will only forward referrals that they believe are the best fit.
Set up the Tribe integration
Note: Integration setup should only be completed once by an admin at your organization. After it's set up, people who wish to use the integration can enable and use it on Tribe.
To set up the Tribe integration, log in to Tribe using your credentials.
Click Settings on the left.
Click Integrations.
Click Connect beside Greenhouse.
Enter your Greenhouse Recruiting email address, then click Authorize.
Enter the public job post URL for any of your Greenhouse Recruiting jobs and click Connect Greenhouse.
Use the Tribe integration
After the integration is enabled for the first time by an admin, any other users can set up the integration in a simpler way.
Log in to Tribe using your credentials.
From the home screen, click Settings.
Click Integrations.
Click Connect beside Greenhouse.
Enter your Greenhouse Recruiting email address then click Authorize.
Import jobs from Greenhouse Recruiting
After the integration is enabled, you can import more jobs simply by clicking on post a job. You will see all the jobs available in Greenhouse Recruiting, and you'll be able to add any or all of them to Tribe.
Once you click on a job to be imported, you can update job information and add more information about the job including job type, years of experience, must-have and nice-to-have skills, and countries where you want to hire. You can also enter the bounty you want to set.
Add candidates to Greenhouse Recruiting
Once you receive referrals for your job, applicants will show up on your Greenhouse Recruiting job.
