The option to “Open in GoodTime” does not appear when scheduling

If you’re using the GoodTime integration and the Open in GoodTime button doesn’t appear, your integration may not be set up correctly. Try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue and get back on track.

Step 1: Are you using a Google Chrome browser?

The GoodTime integration is only compatible with the Google Chrome browser. If you’re using another browser, such as Firefox or Safari, use Google Chrome instead.

Step 2: Have you downloaded the Google Chrome plugin?

The GoodTime integration only works with the Google Chrome Plugin, so make sure you have successfully installed the plug-in. To download the GoodTime Google Chrome plugin, follow the steps in the article GoodTime integration.
