With HRIS Link, you can programmatically export candidates as they are hired in Greenhouse Recruiting, to be used in Workday or your preferred HRIS. To use HRIS Link for hired candidates, you'll need to provide your Greenhouse technical consultant with some information.

Before you begin

Before you enable HRIS Link for hired candidates, choose how you want to receive your hired candidate payloads. HRIS Link can export hired candidate payloads to an SFTP server or to an S3 server. You'll also need to decide which format you want to receive your payload. HRIS Link can export candidate details in JSON or XML.

Tip: Check out an example hired candidate payload in XML.
