A web hook is a simple notification system. When an event occurs in Greenhouse Recruiting, like when a candidate is hired, and a web hook is configured for the event, data about the event can be sent to a specified destination called an endpoint.

In some cases, you may need to edit an existing web hook to accommodate changes to the receiving endpoint.

Tip: Check out Create a web hook for steps to create a new web hook.

Edit a web hook

To edit an existing web hook, click the Configure Configure icon icon on your navigation bar then select Dev Center on the left.
