For members of your team that heavily use LinkedIn Recruiter, we have teamed up with LinkedIn to build LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC), an integration that allows users to leverage their LinkedIn Recruiter accounts directly within the Greenhouse dashboard. LinkedIn RSC allows you to seamlessly access consistent, real-time candidate data across LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse Recruiting to streamline sourcing and candidate management all on one platform.
Note: Enabling the Greenhouse Recruiting / LinkedIn RSC integration is a one-time set-up for your entire organization. Once enabled, each user who wishes to use the integration in your organization will need to connect their respective Greenhouse user accounts to LinkedIn Recruiter.

Activate LinkedIn RSC integration in Greenhouse Recruiting
Note: LinkedIn RSC is not compatible with Safari internet browser. Be sure you are logged into Greenhouse Recruiting with a supported browser type before attempting to enable the integration. Check out LinkedIn's support page to learn more.
Click Integrations at the top of the page.
Search for LinkedIn and click on LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect in the results list.
Click Continue to select your integration option.
Note: You will need to be signed into LinkedIn in the same browser window to see this button. If the widget is not displaying, you may need to allow cookies on your browser. Check out the following links for more information:
Click Choose package to start the integration.
Select the checkbox next to each integration package that you want to attach to your organization in Greenhouse Recruiting. You can scroll in the window to see the ATS, Reporting, and LinkedIn Apply options.

When finished, click Save Changes.
Click Notify Partner to refresh the page and send a request to Greenhouse. After about 10 seconds, the request should be processed and the integration should be enabled.
Note: To confirm that we have processed your request, click Notify Partner and refresh the page. When your request is finished processing the button will read Partner Ready.
Activate Greenhouse Recruiting in LinkedIn Recruiter
Note: If it's your first time accessing LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC), follow the LinkedIn prompts to complete your setup. Use the steps below to update an existing integration.
The next step to setting up the LinkedIn RSC integration is to connect LinkedIn Recruiter to Greenhouse Recruiting. Navigate to your LinkedIn Recruiter Account page and hover over your image in the upper right-hand corner. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
From the Settings page, click ATS integration from the left-hand panel.
Locate the name of your organization from the subsequent list and click Edit inline with the organization name.
Select the checkboxes next to each feature as needed and click Save when you're finished.
Note: If you have multiple Recruiter dashboards, each Admin must sign in and enable Contract Level access from their specific Dashboard.
The status of the integration in Greenhouse Recruiting shows the status of the contract that you are currently logged into.
When Company Level access is activated but Contract level access is not, the status of the integration in your status stays as Partner Ready, but now states that Company Level access has been enabled.
Connect Greenhouse user account to LinkedIn Recruiter
Note: The final step to connect individual Greenhouse Recruiting accounts to LinkedIn Recruiter will need to be done by anyone who wishes to utilize the integration.
After LinkedIn RSC has been set up by a user with Site Admin level permissions, users can connect their individual user accounts to LinkedIn Recruiter. Through this connection, users will be able to streamline the sourcing and management of candidates across both systems all on one platform.
You can connect the two accounts by clicking the Connect to LinkedIn button on your Account Settings.
To navigate to account settings, click your initials in the top right corner and choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
On your profile, click Connect under the LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect section. After logging in, the two accounts will be linked.
