Ruutly integrates with your current recruiting tech. There's no extra assembly and no complex IT involvement required. But an integration with Ruutly gives your brand the power to evolve your job descriptions past text and bullet points to create a candidate experience that aligns with the experiences your candidates expect. Ruutly gives you the power to tell your brand story directly in your job descriptions, directly through Greenhouse, and track the impact it has on the candidate experience.

Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Ruutly enables you to create beautiful branded application experiences that bring candidates to your Greenhouse Recruiting pipelines.

Use the Ruutly integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Once fully enabled, your live job posts from Greenhouse Recruiting will be added to a queue of job posts that need content before they can be added automatically.

Click Library on the Ruutly navigation bar to begin adding universal content for your Ruutly account. You can add all library content to a single team, or if you're hiring for a variety of teams, you can add content for a specific team. Content includes brand color, logo, image and Ruutly content.

After configuring your library, you're ready to style your job posts.

Click Next Up in the top navigation.

The Next Up section displays all of your live Greenhouse Recruiting job posts that do not have Ruutly embedded in them yet. While the job posts are live on your career site, they simply don't have Ruutly content in them yet.

Click Create Ruut to choose a job post to style.

In the content builder, you'll see brand colors, logos, and other styling on the right side of the page.

Below that, you'll find the Ruutly content blocks. It should be noted that if you leave any of the summary blocks blank, they simply won't appear when they're published. It won't leave blank white space on the finished product.

The first content block is the Requirements section. This is the first section candidates will see when they land on a Ruutly-enabled job description. If you've added requirements to your library, you'll notice that as you start to type in the text field, a dropdown will appear filled with your library content.

If you don't have any requirements in your library or would like to add custom content, simply type in the requirement, select an icon and move onto the next one.

The second content block is the Skills section. If you have skills set as default in your library, they will already appear in this section. If not, or if you want to add custom content, simply start typing into the text fields to add your content to your Ruut.

The final content block is the Why Your Company section. This content is typically marked as default by most companies and will likely already be there. If not, start adding benefits, perks, and the culture applicants might expect at your company. You can also include YouTube videos in this section by copying a YouTube URL and pasting it into the video field.

Once your content is good to go, click Next.

The final section of the Ruutly builder is Related Careers. If you want to include related careers in your Ruut, simply add the details for those jobs here. If you don't include content here, the Related Careers block will not appear when you publish your Ruut.

Click Next.
