For any questions around specific candidates you have referred, we would recommend reaching out to your Recruiting team and letting them know that these referred candidates are not currently showing up under your My Referrals section in Greenhouse.
One thing to note is that in order for candidates to show up under your My Referrals section, they will need to have a source of "Referral” and credited to you as the Referrer. Your Recruiting team will be able to take a look into those specific candidates or provide more insight if there were changes to their profiles that caused them to no longer appear on the Referrals widget of your Greenhouse Dashboard.
