Using Browser-Based Integration

When you click on the green “verify/screen” toolbar icon, a tray will pop out from the right side of the browser and prompt the user to log in.

Using the tool, you can perform a variety of functions, including:

  • Ordering reports and sending forms to applicants

  • Viewing the status and results of reports

  • Creating and managing users

  • Creating screening packages

How it Works

The Browser-Based Integration interprets the HTML presented by the website and seeks out the candidate’s identifying information. The Integration streamlines the ordering process by pre- filling the applicant’s personal information into the order.

Depending on the order status of the applicant, the Integration will present the appropriate button: Verify/Screen, Waiting on Applicant, or View Report. Clicking on the button will open the tray to the appropriate page.
